Overview

Z-PLASTK™80 Modular Plastic Formwork is one type of rapid,handy,modular and economic solution for concrete slab, column and wall. It can make your job easy.

Features

1. Various size specifications, flexible combination to adapt to different concrete structures

2. The slab and wall can be casted in a single pour.

3. The weight of the largest size formwork panel is about 11 kilograms, which can be easily handled by worker. The panels are simply connected by locking handles, so that they can be operated by ordinary workers without the need for skilled workers, which greatly improves construction efficiency and reduces labor costs.

4. The concrete surface can reach the level of fair-faced concrete, with precise dimensions, verticality and flatness greatly superior to that of wooden formwork and steel formwork, saving the cost of secondary plastering.

5. The formwork is completely waterproof, resistant to moisture, does not swell, and does not deform at high temperatures.
